Lab-Grown Alexandrite Ring FAQ
Are the product photos real?
Yes. Our product photos show the actual ring. Alexandrite may appear different under daylight, warm indoor light, and different screen settings.
What is lab-grown alexandrite?
Lab-grown alexandrite is a real color-change gemstone created in a controlled laboratory. It can appear green or teal in daylight and shift toward purple or reddish tones under warm light.
What quality and certification are included?
Our center stones are selected for AAA cut quality and VVS clarity. A center-stone GRC report is included when stated in the product details. When offered on the product page, an optional finished-jewelry IGI report costs US$80 and a GRC report costs US$50; either adds 7 days to production.
What metals and accent stones are available?
Available options may include 9K, 10K, 14K, or 18K gold and platinum. Accent stones are lab-grown diamonds unless the product details state otherwise.
How long does production take?
Each ring is handcrafted and made to order. Production usually takes 10–14 business days before shipping, although custom work may require additional time. Selecting an optional finished-jewelry report adds 7 days.
Can I customize the ring?
Many designs support options such as metal, ring size, center-stone size, or engraving. Contact us before ordering if you need a custom request.
Can I wear the ring every day?
Alexandrite is suitable for regular wear, but remove fine jewelry during sports, heavy work, swimming, showering, cleaning, or exposure to chemicals.
What are the return and warranty terms?
Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Customized, engraved, resized, or altered jewelry may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and the published terms.
