While nothing is more accurate than having your finger measured by a professional, using these tools will assist you in determining the exact size you will need for your ring purchase. At the same time, our ring sizing and adjustment services are designed to ensure comfort, security, and beauty—no matter how your finger size changes over time.
How to Determine Your Ring Size
If you’re not sure of your ring size, here are a few ways to get an accurate measurement:
Professional sizing: Visit a local jeweller to have your finger measured precisely.
Measure a current ring: Measure the inside diameter of your current ring. Download and print our ring sizing chart.
Printable sizing chart: Download and print our ring sizing chart. Make sure to print at 100% scale (no scaling) and compare with a ruler to ensure accuracy.
-
Tips for accuracy:
Measure at the end of the day (fingers are slightly larger).
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
Consider the width of the band (thicker bands may require a slightly larger size).
Keep in mind that dominant hands and seasonal swelling can affect ring size.
Resizing Your Ring
If your ring doesn’t fit, we’re here to help. Here’s how our resizing service works:
Free resizing period: We offer complimentary resizing (up or down) by up to one full size within 60 days of your ring’s shipment.
-
Beyond free period / Larger changes: If you request resizing after 60 days, or a change greater than one full size, we will offer the service at our standard resizing fee.
-
Design & Structure Considerations:
Changing sizes more than ½ size may require careful evaluation to maintain structural integrity.
Some styles, such as complex or vintage settings, very wide bands, or tension-set designs, may have limitations on how much they can be resized.
We’ll inspect the mounting and recommend the safest approach before proceeding.
Adjustments Beyond Size
If you’d like to modify your ring beyond simple sizing — e.g. change the band width, alter a setting, or convert to bi-metal design — we offer wax model adjustments:
Adjustments are done at the wax stage, not after casting, to preserve quality.
Most modifications won’t delay standard production times.
For custom adjustments, please contact us directly to discuss feasibility and pricing before placing your order.

Always ensure your ring is clean and free of loose stones before sending.
