Founded in Hong Kong in 2024, Abbett creates personalized fine jewelry with lab-grown colored gemstones and lab-grown diamonds. Every piece is individually made to order, hand-set, and hand-finished by our jewelry team in Wuzhou, Guangxi.
Our Origin
Our Story Began in Wuzhou
Abbett was founded in Hong Kong in 2024, but the story of our team began in Wuzhou, Guangxi, in 2018.
We originally worked behind the scenes, providing gemstone cutting, jewelry design, and manufacturing services to wholesalers, independent studios, and jewelry professionals across North America and Western Europe.
Over the years, we developed a clear understanding of what international customers expect from fine jewelry—from accurate proportions and secure settings to responsive communication, reliable production, and thoughtful after-sales care.
That experience inspired us to create Abbett: a brand that brings our design and manufacturing knowledge directly to the people who will wear each piece.

Our team works across the complete jewelry-making process, from gemstone selection and cutting to CAD design, casting, setting, polishing, and final inspection.
Modern design technology allows us to work with accurate measurements and balanced proportions. Skilled craftspeople then complete the setting, refining, polishing, and finishing by hand.

Our Materials
Materials Chosen with Purpose
We primarily work with lab-grown alexandrite, emerald, ruby, sapphire, spinel, and lab-grown diamonds. These gemstones provide greater flexibility in color, size, cut, and design while offering clearer information about their origin.
Our jewelry is available in 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, as well as platinum. Each piece carries an appropriate fineness mark corresponding to the metal used.
Rather than making absolute environmental claims, we seek a responsible balance between design, quality, accessibility, and material transparency.

Founder
Simon Huang
Bringing Wuzhou’s jewelry knowledge directly to customers around the world.
Simon began working with international wholesale clients after graduating in 2013. After returning to his hometown of Wuzhou, he established a jewelry studio in 2018 to provide custom gemstones and finished jewelry for businesses across North America and Western Europe.
His experience covers gemstone cutting, jewelry design, CAD development, casting, setting, polishing, quality inspection, and international client service. In 2024, he founded Abbett to bring this experience directly to customers seeking personalized jewelry made with lab-grown colored gemstones and lab-grown diamonds.
Head of Client Services
Selina Yang
Selina has worked in jewelry sales and client service since 2018. She helps customers understand gemstones, design details, production options, and the choices that best suit their style, purpose, and budget.
Head of Jewelry Design
Patrick Huang
Patrick has worked in jewelry design since 2016 and is proficient in Rhino, Matrix, and JewelCAD. He transforms customer inspiration into balanced, structurally sound, and manufacturable jewelry designs.
Head Craftsman
Leo Huang
Leo began training with experienced jewelry craftspeople in 2009. He now leads Abbett’s manufacturing team, overseeing refinement, setting, polishing, finishing, and final workmanship.
Head of Quality Control
Sophia Feng
Sophia has worked in jewelry quality control since 2016. She checks gemstone cutting, setting security, metal fineness, ring size, polishing, plating, and overall finish using standardized procedures.
Head of After-Sales Service
Emma Huang
Emma has worked in jewelry after-sales service since 2020 and has led the team since 2022. She assists customers with delivery follow-up, care, resizing, repairs, and qualifying warranty concerns.
