Thank you for choosing Abbett Limited’s handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is meticulously crafted by our artisans, ensuring returns are subject to strict quality controls.

Key Terms

1. 30-Day Return Window

Full refunds are available for unworn, unaltered, full-price items in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and intact certificates.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized jewelry (engraved/resized pieces/modified designs)

Sale/Discounted items

Worn, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories)

Loose stones with setting marks or scratches

Return Conditions:

Items must show no wear (fingerprints, scratches, or dents). Even minor traces void eligibility.

All original accessories required:

Gift box, polishing cloth, and authenticity certificate

Intact product tags (no cuts/tears)

Proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

Certification card and any other free items

Fees & Refunds

Refund Amount: Item price minus original shipping (if free shipping was applied, a $50 packaging/handling fee is deducted).

Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility.

Insurance mandatory—loss/damage without coverage is not our liability.

Undeliverable/refused packages: Deduct shipping costs from refund.

Non-Compliant Returns: 15% restocking fee + shipping cost deduction (if tags are missing, uninsured, or show signs of wear).

Return Process

1. Request Permit

Email help@abbett.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Permit Code (RPC).

2. Secure Packaging

Use original packaging with cushioning. Do not write "jewelry" on the exterior (label as "Abbett Return").

3. Ship with Insurance

- Use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL with insurance covering the full item value.

- Postmark deadline: 30 days from delivery date.

Important Notes

One return/exchange per order permitted.

Custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours for free; after 48 hours, a 20% materials fee applies.

All returns undergo artisan inspection. Items failing quality checks will be rejected, accompanied by a detailed report.

We do not refund standard, international, or expedited shipping or grading card costs on returns or exchanges.

Return shipping will be at your cost. Packages that are refused or returned to the sender will be considered an automatic return, and all shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges for items of equal or higher value are accepted within 30 days.

Sale items are exchange-only (no refunds).
