All the orders are shipped from China facility via FedEx International Priority, delivery times will be 5-7 business days.

Order amount over $700 will be free shipping, otherwise shipping rate will be $70.

Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or custom charges imposed by your country. Abbett has no control over local customs, and these additional costs are not included in the product or shipping price.

Your package will require someone over the age of 21 sign for it for delivery.

Abbett accepts return or exchange it with no restocking fees within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Full refunds are available for unworn, unaltered, full-price items in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and intact certificates.

Customized jewelry (engraved/resized pieces/modified designs), sale/discounted items, worn, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories), and loose stones with setting marks or scratches are non-returnable.

Abbett requires each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).
