At Abbett, we stand behind the quality, beauty, and craftsmanship of every piece of Jewellery we create. Our guarantee is designed to give you confidence, peace of mind, and long-term support for your cherished pieces. The Abbett lifetime guarantee is non-transferable.
Complimentary lifetime guarantee — settings

If your Jewellery (ring, setting, or design) ever suffers a manufacturing defect, send it to us for evaluation. We will repair it at no cost. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will remake it at our expense.

Abbett Jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made to order; small variations and minute irregularities are natural and should not be considered defects.

Please note: any work performed on your Jewellery by third-party jewellers will void this guarantee. If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know the cost of repair or cost to remake if it is not repairable. We guarantee no high markups on repairs and guarantee any remake will be at cost.
Complimentary lifetime guarantee — stones
All lab-grown gemstones and diamonds from Abbett are held to the highest standards. Should a stone chip, break, or change color due to a manufacturer defect visible to the naked eye, we will replace it.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from misuse are excluded from this guarantee.
3. If you purchased a loose stone, we can set a replacement in your setting for a modest service fee plus shipping.
All claims require your original sales receipt and certificate of authenticity. Stones returned to us are subject to a review and inspection process.
Extended protection (Optional add-on)
For those who want broader coverage, we offer an Extended Protection Plan that covers certain accidental damage to stones (e.g. chips, scratches) beyond what the standard lifetime guarantee covers.
To be eligible, the Jewellery must remain with us for inspection and must be submitted with original proof of purchase.
In the event of a valid claim, we charge a discounted replacement cost $50 plus shipping.
Loss, theft & damage policy
Abbett does not cover theft, loss, or damage that is not caused by manufacturing defect.
We recommend insuring your Jewellery through homeowner/renter or specialized Jewellery insurance policies.

How to make a guarantee claim
Contact us: Reach out via email (help@abbett.com), phone (+852 84804924) send us your order number, photos, and description of the issue.
Ship it back: Ship your item (with original documentation) to our facility for inspection. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for secure return.
Evaluation: We will confirm whether your claim qualifies. If so, we’ll repair or replace. If not, we’ll inform you of any repair costs before proceeding.
Expert repair: Our master jewellers assess and repair your piece—usually within 7-14 days.
Return shipped: Your Jewellery is returned fully insured, good as new.
