All the orders are shipped from China facility via FedEx International Priority, delivery times will be 5–7 business days.
Order amount over $500 will be free shipping, otherwise shipping rate will be $30 for saver shipping, and $70 for standard shipping.
Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country. Abbett has no control over local customs, and these additional costs are not included in the product or shipping price.

Abbett accepts return or exchange it with no restocking fees within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
Full refunds are available for unworn, unaltered, full-price items in their original condition, including all original tags, packaging, and intact certificates.
Customized jewelry (engraved/resized pieces/modified designs), sale/discounted items, worn, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories), and loose stones with setting marks or scratches are non-returnable.
Abbett requires each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).

Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customized, engraved, resized, altered, worn, or damaged items may not be eligible.
