22. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. The ring must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documents. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
23. What warranty do you offer?
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering qualifying damage that occurs during normal wear and use. Damage caused by misuse, human error, accidents, improper care, loss, theft, or repairs and alterations performed by an unauthorized third party is not covered. Normal cosmetic wear and routine maintenance may also be excluded.
24. What should I do if my ring needs repair?
